MTN Poor Service

I have been to more than 3 Mtn shops to apply for a contract they told me a contract I took more than 15 years ago is blocking them to open a new one I got hold of their number to cancel the old contract and I was moved from one person to another without help and spend R90 as when you are moved a music will play for 20 minutes before someone answers and when they answer they will again transfer you call to the first person who transferred your call until now no help.
