Mtn poor service

Mtn service is really really bad, they have external companies offering their services, one where I was offered more data at an additional fee but lost my monthly minutes in the process, made contact with mtn they advised they can't assist was told to make contact with the external company and they have still not rectified this for nearly 3 months now
