MTN POOR SERVICE

I have a problem with my MTN email account. I cannot receive any emails. I've been trying to contact Customer Care for 2 weeks now without receiving any assistance. They cannot put me in contact with the support team. When they give me alternative numbers to contact, it redirect back to 135. All they can say are "Sorry we can't help you". Please assist as a matter of urgency!!! My income depends on it!
