MTN POOR SERVICE

We've been reporting MTN's bad network in my area from early August 2023 but they have not badged . I'm contract subscriber and pay every month but unable to access and use the network. On the 4th of they promised that the matter will be sorted by the following week but it got even worse. From the beginning of October we would only have coverage after 23h00 until 6h00 and nothing altogether during the day. Worst customer service and they are liers
