MTN POOR SERVICE!!!!

We are in the process of buying a property and MTN has wrongfully listed my husband as "legal action" has been taken. Now we can't proceed. Because we are waiting for a measly letter!!!

We have been waiting since January 2020 for someone to send us a letter so that we can have it removed. Recently logged a new query it's been 5 days with no feedbac****

You can't even speak to legal department yourself. You get to speak to a service champion who sings the same tune "ticket is open turnaround time is 72hrs"

WE NEED THIS SORTED NOW!!!!!!!!
