MTN POOR SERVICE

Extremely poor customer service and hard to get in touch with!!!! You guys have taken money from my brother and not switched his network on!! We have emails to prove everything you acknowledged his payment and advised him you would be putting his network back on and it’s been months!! Then you try to debit money from his account and when he tries to reach someone to talk to it’s always going round in circles! Fix this!
