MTN poor service

I would never refer anyone to MTN. They are quick to sell you contracts and that you can cancel anytime but when it comes to cancelling it is not that easy. They make it so difficult. When you contact the customer care centre they say go to the nearest branch. When you get to the branch you have to phone customer care. It is absolutely rediculous. Do not get any products from MTN.
