MTN - Poor Service

MTN I am very dissatisfied with your service and I have written x2 complaints to *** which is your published complaints line over the past week and other than a automated message I have received no feedback what's so ever.

I have been a MTN customer for 23 years and after this experience I am definitely considering porting my number to a competitor and will not recommend you to anyone I know.
