MTN poor service

Have been trying to get home internet for a while from MTN First went to Springs Mall MTN and was told my address does not appear on the system so they cannot help me I then registered on line and when the Consultant phoned me I could not hear him and asked him to phone me in five minutes as i was in my vehicle. which then never happened.A week or so later I registered another call which was approved. On delivery the courier said my biometrics would not register and took the unit back.After few days i phoned MTN back and asked what the next step was and they said they could do a PIN.Another few days went past and i phoned MTN again and was told the the PIN could not be done and they would send the courier to try the biometrics again (which has not happened)and if this does not happen to go back to the MTN shop that could not help me in the first place Such pathetic service from MTN who I have supported for years
