Mtn poor service

Mtn is robbing us ,I brought a modem at mtn shop standard bank complex in Simmons st Marshalltown jhb, the modem comes with 10g data as per the adverti*****t.but nothing was loaded on my sim ...I went back to the store ,a ticket was opened but still no solution. I requested refund and they refused...Mtn sucks shame
