Mtn poor service

I bought an MTN router on the 19/05/2023, it was only delivered by DSV on the 01/06/2023. Now it is not connecting to the internet I called MTN numerous times without any luck, I have sent emails to MTN they have not responded to me. What is the point of paying for something I am not making use of? Please refund me and take back your router! Urgently contact me on ***
