MTN poor service

I was recently contacted by MTN sales and informed that I was eligible for a phone upgrade; One of the packages available on promotion was a Samsung A34 plus a Samsung watch 6. I accepted this telephonically and several days later my phone plus the watch were delivered but......... 1) Neither the phone nor the watch were delivered with chargers? At no time was I informed that I would have to fork out another R490 for a charger. Why not? If I bought an electronic component in a shop the package would indicate batteries or charger not included? 2) Try getting through to MTN sales.....good luck!! 3) I still have not received my contract which I specifically asked to be emailed to me??
