MTN - POOR SERVICE

I have an existing query from last year with Mondo rewards that calls on MTN's behalf.You not allowed to speak to management ,the staff to me is *********** they call you after a good few weeks promising to sort out the query and to call you after their famous line of 1 to 2 hours and never does. Only for you to start the entire process again and when you ask them to call you back they unable to as they cannot make outgoing calls! This is a cellphone network for you!.I sent endless emails to this Mondo left a few messages for management to call and NONE gets returned or answered. I called MTN directly they say call MONDO! WHERE DOES 1 GO TO FROM HERE?This is poor pathetic service!!!!!!
