MTN Poor Service

I took a contract with Incredible Connections at Kolonade Shop in 2024 and was supposed to receive data monthly. I lost the sim card and before using it and i went to MTN Kolonade do Sim swop but was told that the contract was incorrectly captured. I was referred to Incredible Connections who confirmed all is well on their side. I have been up and down for the last 2 years trying to resolve this. On the 22 May i called to ask for cancellation amount and was told its R321.00 and i went to pay at MTN Kolonade and was advised to call on Monday. When i called was told that i was ill advised amount due is R3300 because my numbers are linked to a primary account. No sure how do one misread such numbers. I want to terminate this contract. I'm paying monthly but no service is been received. I have complained at MTN email but no one is assisting. I again on the 25 May 2026 sent an email and there is no response.
