Mtn poor service
Mtn is the most pathetic, useless network. They use uninformed and incompetant staff. My complaint was about data and all the lady could do was repeat herself and did not even attempt to assist. She sounded like a droid. I will take this matter to the newspapers and wherever else. I will not tolerate this blatant stupid ignorance. Heather

My wife Heather contacted Mtn with a query on what had happened to her airtime and data, she was told that she must close her backround apps. She explained several times that she did individualy and on a daily basis. The lady. Said it is not nevessary. My wife then told her it says it is automatically started by the system, the lady continued to say she need not have to stop it eveyday.
My wife then said it is Mtn fault and wants her airtime and data back.
She was informed it is not possible.
What can Mtn do about the apps.
