Mtn poor service

I'm Ngwenya Simon with I'd no *** I once had MTN phone contract however around 2016 while the contract was probably over since months paying the company I was working for was insolvency and liquidated. What I did I submitted relevant documents to the that I'm no longer employed hence the phone was also insured and 2017 everything was resolved and debt was cancelled however just last month I app**** for MTN phone contract via Mondo and I was told that MTN does not want to process my application based that I'm still on their system and their manager will revert back to me meaning MTN manager but even today they didn't phone back. So I wanna know what transpired herein.
