MTN POOR SERVICE
I am posting my complaint here as I am getting no joy from the MTN branch in Beacon Bay, East London. I have a Samsung S4 which has a re-occurring error (see picture attached). It has been in SIX times for repairs with NO LUCK. The hand set is well with in it 2 year warranty but for some reason MTN is unwilling to replace the it! I think this is shocking for a company of MTN's magnitude. I rely heavily on this phone to conduct my business as the Sales Manager of an international company and this continuous backwards and forwards to repair the hand set is costing me revenue! I demand that someone of higher authority deal with this case or I will seek legal advise.<br> <br> Regards<br> Tania Sammons <br> ***
