MTN Poor service
Very poor service. I have app**** for an upgrade online more than 10 days ago. Ref Nr ***. Till date I have received no feedback or update??
I have tried calling the client service number which does not work. I have send emails with no response.
This is pathetic

26 Jul 2020, 10:09You obviously did Not read my review. I have tried your number mentioned several times. It is not successful. The once I got to speak to a operator, they wanted to give me the same deal I app**** for on line, at a higher rate???? So I suggest you call me!!!
