MTN Poor service

MTN does not provide any customer services. On 30 July I complained to their complaints department because they charge R3 for premium rated sms to eg Beeld instead of R1 and in addition do not deliver the sms. They have not even acknowledged receipt until now even though I also sent a reminder on August 15th. Shameful.
