MTN POOR SERVICE

I would like to raise a complaint about MTN service. I signed up for uncapped home router in August 2022- 24 months contract. since the beginning of 2024 it has been giving me problems-it always does not have network. I have been emailing and phoning their customer care and coverage department and getting no assistance.
