MTN POOR SERVICE!

I was given the wrong contact (my data package). The catalogue stated the exact amount of data I was supposed to receive. I have contacted Mtn over the past few weeks (keep in mind, I am a brand new customer), to no avail.

In have now contacted the complaints department, because seriously. How long do I have to wait for my package to be corrected according to the catalogue???

I am now paying for something I am not receiving. Trying to resolve this issue instore, I was told there was a misprint in the catalogue, however the funny thing is, my friend from Bloemfontein took out the exact same contract with them, and she received the full package as represented by the catalogue...

I don't know what else to do. But what I can tell you is that I do NOT recommend MTN AT ALL!
