MTN - Poor response to technical issues and placing rural KZN Midlands community @ risk

Living and working in the KZN Midlands....for more 2 years been complaining about poor data speed and coverage although having full strenght signal with tower being 2km from me....been logging calls for more than 2 years but Mtn is still not able to resolve the issue....not even replying on complaints etc..making promises that problems will be resolved or indicating problem has been resolved which is not the case

On a good day we get 9mbps download speed the next day 0.40 mbps download speed....

For a international company all over Africa and world it is absoluty pathetic that they cannot resolve technical issues thus putting the small rural communities in this area at risk who depends on Mtn for communication....

Poor poor poor service...
