MTN Poor Reception

<p>I have had it with MTN's extremely poor reception on the Kusile construction site between Bronkhorstspruit and Witbank! I have been complaining for months now to MTN, and wrote numerous e-mails, but the reception has not improved!</p> <p>On one occasion a MTN rep informed me that they will not upgrade the tower, although we are a couple of thousand MTN users on the construction site. Vodacom users have NO reception issues whatsoever!</p> <p>We pay a lot of money to receive a decent service from MTN, but they just choose to ignore us! I am a business owner and my business is suffering because my Clients always struggle to get hold of me! And I have constant data and voice problems while here on Kusile. Everywhere else I have no reception issues.</p> <p>My office is less than 100m away from the tower, and I have direct line of site to the tower. My phone show 4 bar reception with 3G, but I don't have any service, and the same goes for all of the other MTN subscribers I talk to here on site.</p> <p>Can someone from MTN's Senior Management please investigate and do something about it soonest, because we as MTN Clients can simply not contain our frustrations anymore! </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Egmont Scholtz</p>
