MTN, Poor poor service

Extremely bad service from MTN, I am having to chase after updates. Had phone for 1 day, returned it to the canal walk store on the around the end of September 2021. Staff at Canal MTN (the one downstairs) are unhelpful,arrogant and has a non chalant approach. Especially the last person I dealt with, pumzile. I am still with my replacement, I need to make more phone calls and send more emails. I have been debited for two contracts, and I do not have a phone to show for it??
