MTN-Poor policies and regulations
I am currently working over seas and upgraded my contract before I left SA MTN will not allow my spouse to sign for the new sim card which the courier wants to deliver. She has my ID, proof of residence!!!
Fortunately it's a sim only contract so I can cancel once I return!!!

MTN and the courier will not allow my wife to receive the sim card!!!
They are refusing to let her sign!!!
