MTN Poor Network Service

Called MTN to complain about my network speed at 18h00 on Sunday 2021.03.14. The standard reply is that there is nothing that they can do due to power outages. Network Speed has dropped from 40MBPS to 4 MBPS. This problem has been going on for more than a month and is probably due to migration of CellC customers onto MTN network. This is not what I signed up for and I will be within my rights to request cancellation of the contracts if the problem continues.
