MTN poor network service

Every weekend we cannot connect to the internet. We reside at Vaalwater Limpopo. No MTN customer services/outage representative to talk to re network outage during the weekend. On Monday same answer from them please be pasient the engineers are working on the problem. This is totally unacceptable service from MTN. We have 3 data contracts with them that we cannot use. MTN just takes or money and we get poor service in return
