MTN poor management and client services
MTN your service is of utter disgrace. Your staff and management at MTN Fourways mall are not clued up and are not interested in servicing their customers. You are pathetic and I would not recommend you to anyone!! **** attitude, unfriendly and no interest in your clients won't get you far at all.. #MTN #PoorService

We've requested our Prepaid Management Team to make contact with you and assist you with any request you tried getting done in the store. Please be on the look out for a call from them.
The issue pertaining to the poor service received in the store has been brought to the attention of the Regional Manager for the store and will be adddressed accordingly.
Once again we are truly sorry for the breakdown in service experienced.
