MTN poor level of service

On the I paid MTN my instalment of R329.00

To date, MTM has failed to locate this payment and provide me with feedback. I have tried numerous time and to no avail it is still not resolved

I had to pay for this same month a second time just to avoid from my account being blocked. To say I am furious is an understatement.

I am drained from speaking to your contact centre
