MTN poor/ *********** Customer account management

Following a lump sum payment made on the 10th Oct 2018; My account is currently in good standing with MTN. But to my surprise MTN went ahead and handed over my account to MDB Inc (Debt Collectors). I am constantly been harassed by the Debt Collectors for an R 11 000 they claim is overdue.

On the other hand MTN has confirmed my account to be in good standing and the line is active. I have made numerous phone calls and sent email to MTN to recall my account from the Debt Collectors; no effort has been made by MTN to rectify this.

Calls harassment is everyday; and this further affect my credit scoring.

Very disappointed by the incompetence in accounts management from MTN.
