MTN poor data performance

Please be very careful before choosing to join MTN. I have complained numerous times to their call centre, online complaint and in store about poor data performance. I have VERY GOOD signal, more than sufficient data, a phone thats a few months old (supp**** by MTN) yet I'm unable to enjoy steaming data. Yet I have an old secondary (budget) phone thats on Vodacom and it never fails. My phone has been set by mtn in store consultants and over the phone technical support with no success. Don't sign up for a contract with a network thats not able to supply you for what you are paying.

Dear MTN Please advise if replying to my complaint was just a publicity stunt to show that you cared or what? There has been no changes nor has anyone from MTN contacted me to try resolve this problem. Please assist me in terminating my contract as this poor level of service (which I have to pay for) has passed the point of being funny.
