MTN POOR DATA CONTRACT SERVICE
People please do not take data contracts from MTN. In the last month I had so much bad service from them. I have a 20 gigs data contract with MTN and one week into the contract 13 gigs went missing and their lame excuse was it was used on the internet. WHAT else would it be used for. Today (12/11/2019) I was suppose to get 20 gigs again and they only gave me 5 gigs. So where did my other 15 gig go to. I am highly dissapointed in MTN service these days. Every time I phone they just give me a ticket number and I have to waste my time phoning them back just to give me another lame excuse. I will be cancelling ALL my MTN contracts asap.
