MTN poor Customer support
MTN is by far one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, on the 29th of December 2019 to signed a contract with MTN for 249pm, this contract was generated by a works order. every month there after i have been billed R499 for the contract and i have also been billed R1170 in December( Incorrect Pro rata amount). I lodged a complaint about this at least 16 times and each time i was not given any feed back except for a sms that stated "this complaint has been resolved". i was warned how useless MTN was and i should of listened.
People that acknowledged my complaint included the following people from MTN 1)Rachel Ntete 2)Nosithembele Nabo 3) Darryl Davids 4) Lyle van der Westhuizen 5) Trevor Masoga 6) Melissa Jaarsveld 7) Tamara Mthandazo and more, But i am convinced that they either **** or i should really sell my shares in MTN because clearly no one knows what is going on.

The complaint is sent to the business team to investigate the package, as per the black Friday deals the package for the MTN Sky was offered R499.00 for the sim deal only.
