MTN poor customer services.

The service im getting from MTN lately is heartbreaking. I contacted them on a data sim card that doesnt have network n till today, i haven't received any help. N soon they will be debuting money for data that i didnt use and that is soon to expire.

And another thing, their consultants (over the phone) offered me an " data upgrade" only to find out that she has got me into another contract. I now have two separate data contract with MTN. N yeap they want me to cough up cancelation fee. Both data contract cost me R500 for just 100 GB. With such amount i could get unlimited data from other networks. Stay away from this network
