Mtn- poor customer service to complaint

It seems that once they try to call you and you give them your details , that's where it ends. They give you false hope that everything will be sorted.

After my complaint, Kabelo Mosanyane called and requested for all my details. Mind you this is a case from April 2017. I wrote to hello peter on 21st of February 2018 after numerous attempts to get help. To this date this Kabelo person won't even respond to my emails.

I still took a chance and went to an mtn branch with the hope that when i get there, everything will be sorted. NOTHING absolutely NOTHING had been done.

I feel sorry for people who still have mtn contracts. Their service is pathetic. Just pray you don't ever have problems because they will never be sorted.

It takes over a year for something of this manner to be resolved. A whole year. I just wish to know who my lawyers can now contact because kabelo mosanyane did not leave his contact details I just have an email address that he never ever responds to. My lawyers need a contact number and contact person.
