MTN poor customer service, refund still not processed

On the 21/03/2024, I bought data for R199 for my home router via the app. The transaction went off my account and I received a receipt for it on my emails. The data was however never loaded and when I followed up with MTN customer care, they could not see the transaction initially and when they eventually did, they told me that it had not been processed successfully and the money was reversed immediately into my account which it never was. I was advised to send the receipt with my bank statement for proof and a refund, I sent both as requested. I have been following up since then with no luck or feedback from them.
