MTN poor customer service - Galaxy S21FE Tablet Promotion

It's sad that it has to come to this, but really don't know what else to do.

I recently upgraded my MTN contract, to the Galaxy S21FE, it was delivered today. But the Samsung Galaxy A7 Tab that was advertised with the deal, was not delivered.

I have queried this with MTN multiple times and I have not received any feed back yet. MTN...your customer service is SHOCKING! It has been over a month now and no one can advise on what is going on with the delivery of my tablet.

I regret renewing my contract with MTN. Will not make that mistake again.
