MTN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO DIFFERENT SYSTEMS USED. CUSTOMER AFFECTED

Very Poor Customer services from MTN. When calling into the Helplines, customers are told that their contracts/ products are hosted on the Old system and being transferred to more than 8 people back n forth with no explanation other than: Your details are on the old system, sorry we cant help. How must we know which systems you use internally? Now i cant even correct or change my accounts for continued collections.
