MTN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely poor customer service from MTN. Vodacom is charging me a lot on my contract but at least their customer care is far superior to MTN’s. I have been trying to contact MTN since January to move my contract from Vodacom who unfortunately don’t appreciate me after 20 years of being their customer. I have been contacting MTN online on numerous occasions and only getting an automated response with no follow up. You would swear that I was asking for a handout.
