MTN poor customer service

I upgraded my contract for 5GB + 5GB with a laptop package. I was only given 2GB + 2GB instead after querying I’m being sent from pillar to post. Monday I’m going to cancel my whole contract. I’m being billed for services that I never received for 2 months
