MTN poor customer service

I have been trying to get customer service for literally 2weeks and to no avail. I call through the call centre's and I get put on hold for 30minutes plus, when I finally get someone no one responds on my line. I have been doing this for the past 2weeks literally every day and I don't know what else to do.
