MTN poor customer service

My phone was ****** on Monday, and ever since I have been trying to do a sim swop. I've been dealing with *********** call centre agents. Fourways mall MTN stores that have no sim cards that they send you to Woolworths. After providing the requested documents I still have not had my sim swop complete.
