MTN Poor customer service

Good day ,I am not happy with the way MTN SA is dealing with my contract for the past 4 months. I have escalated the issue several times but no feedback or atleast effort to call me back as a customer.I had 2 contracts with MTN and I decided to settle the other one but MTN is still billing me for 2 contracts and they demand payment.
