MTN poor customer service

MTN customer care is non existent!!! After *****ulant transactions on my mothers MTN account which was reported as per their protocols - NO feedback. Instead her account was suspended and handed over for collection. None of the 5 different numbers (provided by customer care) for collection or ***** line is in working order. After 2 hours phoning numerous numbers and e mails I am no further and nowhere to go. This is unacceptable!!!
