MTN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE @Clearwater mall next to McDonald's

MTN service is so appalling @Clearwater mall next to McDonald's. Full of *********** staff and attitude towards customers awful. MTN please do something about customer service, provide training 🙏 . Had a bad experience yesterday and it was the same with some customers that I found in the store. Sifiso went as far as sharing how tired he was and hence the bad attitude. The body language said it all too. Went home without any help, so called store manager gave fall's information just to dismiss me...
