MTN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE

Good Day

Mtn services and customer service is very poor not organised, I've been having a issue with my WiFi contract taken out with MTN, it stopped working in October. I've been to muitple branches for them resolve it, but none was able to help, I've been given the run around as i changed router and even Rica a sim card so that it may work, but still none. I've been querying with MTN TO JUS FIX MY CONTRACT SO I CAN USE IT AGAIN, NOW I'M BEING CHARGED FOR A SERVICE THAT HASN'T BEEN WORKING FOR OVER 3 MONTHS, THIS IS POOR.

NOT TO MENTION I WENT TO THE BRANCH IN CAMPUS SQUARE TO DO THIS CHANGES AND ADVISE IT WAS NOT WORKING THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T EVEN HELP.
