MTN poor customer service

MTN is quick give you the latest contract deals but is very slow in their customer service 🤷 I've been waiting a month on credit refund 🤷 it's a new month already, they continue billing me wrong🤷 after numerous phone calls trying sort out my billing, still no communication ☝️ , a number reference numbers from customer care and billing department 🤷 who do I speak too🤷 MTN is a faceless company 😱 this MTN is like ANC government☝️ no accountability 🤷 they have *********** staff, empty promises 🤷 you pay for poor service delivery 😔
