Mtn poor customer service

<p>Last month I was at mtn and I went to ask if my debit order went off they check and confirmed that it did went off and then few days later the debit was returned said no funds in account but they confirmed it went off make it look like my fault and this month's I fined 808 customer service and I ask the lady can I pay cash and would the debit still go off she said no debit wont go off because I be paying cash it will update so I went to pay but this morning debit went off and my bank in n it's not the first time that's giving me a bad profile they giving false info to me causing unnecessary troubles
