MTN Poor Customer Service

I took a month to month contract for a wifi router for R269. So apparently there is no coverage around where I live... When you call the customer care, they keep on transferring from departments to departments, poor service from consultants, I don't know whether it's laziness or what. I want to cancel and get a refund, one consultant says 7 days before and another one says no refund at all, I don't know what is what. Consultants just lazy to do their job. I am so disappointed. I want to cancel and get my refund.
