MTN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been calling since last week trying to cancel a WiFi router I could not receive. Simply to go and reapply at the MTN store.

Getting transferred from pillar to post and still not being helped. I’m told “your order is cancelled” yet when I request my refund FOR SERVICES I NEVER RECEIVED. The call gets disconnected!

MTN call centre is pathetic! All I want is to cancel the order and my refund!
